SALARY - $120K - $132K DOE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provides direction and communication to employees so that customer service is provided in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Assists with daily management and operation of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow from the CRO to all Department Managers and employees.
  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures, suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.
  • Ensures employees have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs; creates and maintains high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
  • Works with executive management to establish and communicate support priorities.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
  • Confers with management, front-line employees, customers and suppliers by telephone or in person in order to provide information.
  • Creates and maintains distribution process for standardized reports.
  • Negotiates pricing and administers all activities related to travel, printing, website and marketing materials.
  • Provides supplier reporting and incentive payout recaps, prepares business presentations, assists with supplier and distributor transitions.
  • Oversee Odom’s compliance to key supplier wholesaler standards and compliance with local and national law related to the sale of alcoholic beverages. Assists with daily management and operation of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow from the CFO to all Department Managers and employees.
  • Create sales and marketing materials to be used to support brand initiatives especially focus on executional tools for features and displays.
  • Act as project manager for special events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget. May waive or deviate from established policies and procedures without prior approval and has the authority to negotiate contracts and bind the Company with respect to matters of significance.
  • Other duties as they are assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Five to ten years of experience in accounting, business analytics, and customer service with a history of increased responsibility. Experience working in a distribution-related environment. Beverage distribution support experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and Power Point). Adept with other required office computer systems – SharePoint, SQL Reporting. Ability to coordinate knowledge of proprietary systems with these programs to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to analyze systems and processes with a broad range of variables and identify the requirements to meet legal and business needs. Develop and execute a strategic plan to implement a standardized program to meet these requirements across business units and locations.
  • Ability to strategically evaluate current and future business support needs and produce a flexible departmental structure and processes to meet these quickly and thoroughly.
  • Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions and those of the team members. Ability to focus on the company at large without losing sight of the details necessary to perform accurate work
  • Service Oriented - Ability to take care of customer, supplier and management needs while following company procedures.
  • Organized - Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
  • Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
  • Communication – Ability to utilize provided communication tools to maximum efficiency allowing for clear, concise, and timely transfer of all necessary information and training. Able to think through and formulate key ideas to individuals and groups of varying technical and organizational levels.
